Warning: Do not leave lite candles unattended. Do not allow within reach of children. Candles burn hot and can be dangeres if touched. The glass jar can heat up while candle is burning and cuase burns if grabbed. Ensure any candles are fully extingiushied before leaving unattended. Avoid leaving candles where they can be knocked over or stepped on easily.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We wish to make every customer a returning customer. To that end we strive to get every order right the first time. While producing the highest quality products. If any glass items are broken in the mail please contact the delivery method company for the insurance, if applicable. We will not accept any returns on candle once it has been lit. No returns on soap products. Any returnable item will be charged delivery fee and a 25% restocking fee. A waiver for the return fees may be granted if it is determined there was a problem on behalf of The Veterans Hive & Farm. Determination of a probloem with a product will be determined by the business and not the purcheser. Identification of a problem by the business with a product does not emply liability on part of the business mentioned here in.
SHIPPING INFO
Standard shipping will be done with USPS. If there are any other options for shipping they will be identified by the shipping companies name. All orders are shipped based on a combined weight of products ordered. Shipping costs include flat shipping cost and handeling. We try to ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days for USPS. Be aware that USPS have been having ongoing issues with deliveries times. Any delays in delivery once The Veterans Hive & Farm provides the delivery item with any shipping company is beyond our control. We will make every effort to identify where your product is if it is beyond the identified shipping days.
